                    <h5>Hardware Warranty and Servicing</h5>
                    <p>Warranty, servicing, and any other related issues for hardware products including but not limited to PC, Laptops, HDDs,SSDs, RAMs, CPUs, Graphic Cards, Printers, Routers, Peripherals, etc. are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of the product and are subject to their terms and conditions.<br><b>Please note that if any hardware products are damaged due to mishandling, physical damage,or Power malfunction no warranty or disk damage protection will be applicable.</b></p>
                    <h5>Payment and Termination of Services</h5>
                    <p>If payment for services such as websites, emails, hosting, domains, etc. is not made by the due date, a maximum of 15 days grace period will be provided before termination of the services.<br>
                        If GST and other taxes are not included in the price of a product or service, they will be charged in addition to the price.</p>
                    <h5>Returns and Exchanges</h5>
                    <p>Once a product is sold, it can only be exchanged or repaired if it is damaged. No returns or money back are entitled.</p>
                    <h5>Software, Website, and App Payment</h5>
                    <p>For software, website, or app development services, the client must pay up to 75% of the invoice amount after the final demo and review, and 100% upon completion. After the final demo, there will be no payback.</p>
                    <h5>Legal Matters</h5>
                    <p>All legal matters are entitled and subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow's Court.</p>
                    <h5>Online Sales and Payments</h5>
                    <p>No sales are done online, and we do not accept any payments online via the website.</p>
